About Us
I’m Rajni Verma
I am an Emotional Wellness Coach, and I help women who are struggling with their emotions, feeling confused about what they are going through, or experiencing anxiety and don’t know how to face it or whom to talk to.
I was once just like you.
I used to overthink a lot, panic easily, and struggle with my own emotions. I found it difficult to talk to anyone and often lived inside a world I had created in my own mind.
Whenever I felt emotionally hurt, one question would always come to my mind:
“Why does this always happen to me?”
Then, a new chapter of my life began.
I started learning about emotions, mindset, and myself. First, I learned. Then, I started applying those learnings to my own life. Slowly, I became stronger, understood myself better, and learned how to handle my emotions in a healthier way.
Today, I want to support women who may be going through what I once went through.
If you often feel confused, emotionally weak, overwhelmed, or simply wish you had someone who would listen without judging you, you don’t have to keep everything inside.
Sometimes, having someone to listen and understand can be the first step towards feeling better.
If you feel connected to my story, I’m here to listen.
